What is an Anna Chaplain?
Anna Chaplains have a particular care for older people, either in their homes or in residential care. Steph has a passion for this work and became particularly aware of the difficulties older people can face.
The term 'Anna' chaplain came from the story in the Bible, when Jesus is presented in the Temple. He is seen and instantly recognised as the Messiah by Simeon, and by Anna, both very elderly and full of wisdom.
